17³Ô¹ÏÍø

All Judicial Powers in the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Student Government Association Constitution shall be vested in the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø SGA Supreme Court and any lower courts established, by 17³Ô¹ÏÍø SGA policy.

The Supreme Court is comprised of nine (9) Supreme Court Justices.

The Judiciary’s duties would include traffic violations, violations of academic integrity, violations of the University Code of Conduct in addition to impeachable offences, any all other duties as prescribed within 17³Ô¹ÏÍø SGA Policy as defined. The Judiciary, specifically the Supreme Court, is be empowered to hear complaints of, and levy punishments against 17³Ô¹ÏÍø SGA groups up to, but excluding, their dissolution/banishment from the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø SGA.
