The 2026 Dr. Ivan Miestchovich Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast Seminar for Metropolitan New Orleans will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Senator Ted Hickey Ballroom, University Center, 17Թ (17Թ).
Hosted by the 17Թ Institute for Economic Development & Real Estate Research, the annual seminar brings together regional leaders in economic development, housing, and commercial real estate to discuss regional economic trends and real estate market dynamics.

The event typically attracts more than 250 professionals from across the New Orleans metro area, including realtors, brokers, appraisers, developers, lenders, and construction leaders.
