Faculty Council
The 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Faculty Council consists of all full-time faculty at the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø, and is the oldest faculty governance body at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø, dating back to the University's founding.
The Faculty Council or its standing committees have coordinating authority in all mattes involving the establishing of curricula, the fixing of standards of instruction, the determining of requirements for degrees, and generally the determining of the educational policy of 17³Ô¹ÏÍø in all matters affecting more than a single college, school, or division, and shall advise the administration in other matters as appropriate.
Standing Committees of the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Faculty Council include the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Faculty Senate, the University Courses and Curricula Committee, and the General Education Committee.
